I´ll start with the cardigan jacket as that is completely finished. It only needs a wash to remove the crayon marks and lines. The original pattern came from the February issue of Burdastyle, and is actually a childrens model. You can see it here in white.
This weekend I started and (almost) finished a cardigan jacket and a dress. So here I can already share the results :) I´ll start with the cardigan jacket as that is completely finished. It only needs a wash to remove the crayon marks and lines. The original pattern came from the February issue of Burdastyle, and is actually a childrens model. You can see it here in white. I adapted it to fit my size and here you can see how it turned out. The next DIY project is the dress beneath the cardigan jacket in dark blue. This pattern is from Knipmode of March this year. Due to a different fabric used (I used a fabric that is near velvet) the dress looks different then in the magazine. I just have to finish the hem - and then I can take it out to show it the outside world ;) I have a couple more projects planned, as I want to take a new summer wardrobe with me when we travel to Singapore and Malaysia end of March. More to come soon.....
